Mental Health Awareness
Mental Health awareness is very important. Sometimes we just neglect all the signs and symptoms that point towards our own deteriorating mental health.
We know it is not going good with us but we just can not see our own blind spots. We know we are getting more negative but we don't dare to ask for help.
That is why it is important, not only to help yourself but also to give support to other people in your surroundings who show changed behaviour and become more negative.
